OWNER- Leonard Parise
As a resident of Thousand Oaks since 1965, Leonard has grown up in the construction industry. With hands on experience in practically every construction trade, Leonard has the knowledge base to manage projects small and large. Having always had a knack to take things apart and fix them, problem identification and solving is one of his strong suites. As a dedicated family man and nature lover, his off work time is spent mountain bike riding and camping with his family whenever possible.
OFFICE/ADMINISTRATION- Dee Willoughby
As long time office manager for both One West Construction and West Coast Stone and Concrete, Dee has been an integral part of our success. Taking on the day to day office requirements of project tracking, contract administration, finance, accounting, material orders and scheduling are but a few of her many talents. She is constantly interacting with our clients and vendors to make the behind the scene tasks blend seamlessly with our field work. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team.
FOREMAN/SUPERINTENDENT- Jesus Lepe
As a master carpenter Jesus has been the driving force behind our dedicated, hard working field staff. With a life time of experience in the construction industry, Jesus has been an indispensable part of our team. Weather interacting with clients, architects or commercial general contractors, he has received many accolades over the last 15 years with our company.
FOREMAN/SUPERINTENDENT- Alfonso Mercado
Heading up all of the field work for our concrete and stone company, Alfonso brings 30 plus years of experience to our custom stone and concrete projects. Having completed over 75 plus projects in the past 10 years, he has both the knowledge and skill to create and complete anything we set out to construct.
